Eligibility and Participation:

This promotion is open exclusively to new users of the elroy app. Eligible participants are those who sign up for an elroy account during the promotional period using the specific code provided in our SMS campaign.

Promotion Process:

Upon successful registration, participants are required to add funds to their newly created elroy account. The promotion involves making a minimum spend of $5 with their elroy card, introducing them to the ease and convenience of using the elroy platform for their transactions.

Rewards:

Eligible participants who fulfill the required actions, including the initial $5 spend, will receive a $5 reward. This reward is designed to enhance the new user's experience, providing an immediate benefit for choosing elroy. The reward will be credited to the participant's elroy Cash account within 30 days of completing the qualifying transaction.

Restrictions:

This offer is limited to one reward per new user and is non-transferable. It cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, ensuring exclusivity and uniqueness for each participant. The reward cannot be exchanged for cash.

Eligibility and Participation:

Open to all registered users of the elroy app. Referral rewards are earned by inviting new users to join elroy using a unique referral code.

Referral Process:

Referrers share their unique elroy referral code with potential new users. New users must enter the referral code upon their registration in the elroy app.

Qualifying Actions:

Newly referred users need to link a bank account or order a primary physical elroy Card. They must make a minimum spend of $5 using their elroy Mastercard within 45 days of account opening.

Rewards:

Both the referrer and the referee receive a $5 reward. Rewards are credited to the elroy Cash balance within 30 days after the referee fulfills the qualifying criteria. A user can earn a maximum of $500 in rewards per calendar year.

Restrictions:

Excludes elroy.pay transfers. Rewards are subject to verification and may be declined for suspicious or fraudulent activity.

$2 Cash Back on Money Transfer Purchases in BOSS Money or BOSS Revolution App

Offer Description:

Customers receive $2 cash back for using their Elroy MasterCard as the payment method when sending money via the BOSS Money or BOSS Revolution app. To qualify for the cash back, the transaction must not be part of another promotion or have a reduced fee as part of a promotional offer, and the fee for the money transfer must exceed $2.

Eligibility:

This offer is valid for all customers of the BOSS Money or BOSS Revolution app. The Elroy MasterCard must be used as the payment method for the money transfer.

Cash Back Process:

A $2 cash back amount will be deposited into the customer’s Elroy Money Checking Account. The deposit will occur within thirty days following the successful money transfer completion.

Transaction and Fraud Liability:

Customers must ensure the accuracy of all transaction details. Elroy is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. Any transactions found to be fraudulent or in violation of the terms of service may result in the forfeiture of cash back rewards and potential account suspension or termination.

Restrictions:

Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Subject to applicable laws and regulations. Elroy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the offer without notice.

Limitations:

Offer subject to availability, may be withdrawn or altered without notice. Elroy is not liable for technical issues affecting claim or receipt of cash back.

5% Cash Back on BOSS Revolution Pinless Recharge or Purchase IMTU in BOSS Money or BOSS Revolution App

Eligibility and Participation:

This offer is valid for customers who use their elroy MasterCard as the payment method when recharging their BOSS Revolution Pinless account or purchasing international mobile recharge (IMTU) in the BOSS Money or BOSS Revolution app.

Offer Details:

Customers receive 5% cash back based on the face value of the recharge or purchase.

Cash Back Process:

The cash back amount will be deposited into the customer’s elroy Checking Account. The deposit will occur within thirty days following the completion of the qualifying transaction.

Restrictions:

This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers. The offer is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
